My name is Randi Rodriguez.
I am a district level retail leader with over 20 years of experience leading teams, driving performance, and being fully responsible for results across multiple locations.

I have managed teams of over 50 people, overseen multiple locations at once, and carried full responsibility for P and L, KPIs, staffing, and performance in high pressure environments.
